Holiday plans affected by the pandemic?
Want to improve your Target Sprint performance?
Fancy trying a new sport and receiving some intensive training?
This week-long intensive training camp is suitable for experienced athletes to further develop their skills and is equally the ideal opportunity for newcomers to this exciting sport to have a go and learn a new skill – all equipment is provided and full tuition will be given, tailored to the individual experience level.
Working with our team of highly-experienced coaches, it is the ideal opportunity for athletes from other clubs and British Shooting Hubs to hone their competition skills, and we would be delighted to welcome coaches from other clubs to discuss and exchange techniques.
Athletes will be placed in small groups according to their ability, so that they receive coaching relevant to their current skill level. The physical intensity will be set to allow participation for the full week, which is how you will derive the maximum benefit. In addition to range and track work, we are arranging a complementary programme of classroom sessions, and we will publish further details of these over the coming weeks. These include a Sports Nutritionist and a Sports Psychologist, as well as more about using and looking after air-rifles, etc. We’re also hoping to have a guest appearance from an Olympian…
